While the exact scope of work varies from project to project,
we will carry out the following when applicable:

  • Conduct Infrared Thermography Scan


  • Clear all debris from roof


  • Clear gravel, if Built-up Gravel Roof


  • High-powered pressure wash


  • Removal of old, deteriorated repairs & incompatible material


  • Identify problem areas


  • Individually rebuild and/or seal every scupper, flashing, drain, joint, overlap, air duct, penetration, corner and seam using our proven 3-course system.


  • Apply a base-coat to the entire roof


  • Apply 1-4 reflective top-coats to entire roof


  • (acrylic, polyurethane or aluminized)
